The UPD5205G is an 8-channel CMOS analog multiplexer. A single-pole 8-position mode and double-pole 4-position mode are settable by 8/4 terminal. TTL/CMOS compatible input threshold make the circuit directly driven microprocessor. Further advantage each switch has low ON resistance, low leak current and wide analog input range.
