The ADUM3200ARZ is a dual-channel, digital isolator. It is based on the Analog Devices, Inc. iCoupler technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, the ADUM3200ARZ can provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices. The ADUM3200ARZ is suitable for size-critical multichannel isolation, SPI interface/data converter isolation, RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 transceiver isolation and digital field bus isolation.
