The CM400HB-90H is a Powerex IGBTMOD Module which is designed for use in switching applications. Each module consists of one IGBT Transistor with a reverse-connected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management. The applications of the CM400HB-90H include Traction, Medium Voltage Drive and High Voltage Power Supplies.
